Interpretation on the Train of Strategic Train of Thought on Today's Regional Economic Development in China

金融危机后中国在区域发展战略思路上发生的重要布局和走向体现在五个方面:一是全球竞争视野下东部地区经济与产业率先转型;二是腾笼换鸟,以产业融合发展避免产业的空心化;三是绿色突围,实现区域经济发展的低碳化、生态化;四是强调区域特色与优势形成经济增长的竞争力;五是强调关键亮点的带动,由点到到面。在中国区域发展战略下,我国新一轮区域合作与发展将由"点对点"、城市与城市、以增长极为核心的"集化发展"向"泛化发展"延伸,进入一个以区域为主要单位、以区域与区域之间的互动为主要格局的发展新阶段。

The important arrangement and tendency of the strategic train of thought on regional development after the financial crisis is reflected in five aspects.The first is that under the field of view of global competition,the economy and industry in eastern region was the first to make the transition.The second is through integrating the industry to avoid the hollow-rization of the industry.The third is through improving pollution-free industry to realize the low carbonization and ecologicalization of the regional economic development.The forth is through putting emphasis on regional characteristics and advantages to form the competitiveness of economic growth.The fifth is through putting emphasis on the key window to drive the economic development from one point to the whole area.On the strategy of the regional development in China,the new round of regional cooperation and development will extend from cluster development of ＂point-to-point＂,city-to-city,cored as growth pole to generalization development and go into a new stage which takes the region as the main unit and the interaction between regions as the main arrangement.
