项目地区暗娼艾滋病行为干预效果分析

The effects of sexually transmitted infections AIDS behavioral intervention among female sex workers in project region

目的探求项目地区降低暗娼人群感染艾滋病风险的综合防治措施。方法采用问卷调查的方式对辖区内74家娱乐场所暗娼(female sex workers,FSW)干预前457名及干预后378名进行调查,采用χ2检验进行统计学分析。结果接受调查的FSW年龄范围在17～39岁(26.23±6.32);高中及初中文化程度达333名(88.10%);未婚为264名(69.84%),调查前后对性病、艾滋病防治知识的知晓率由58.86%上升到85.19%(χ2=69.30,P<0.01),使用安全套的比率由干预前的77.46%上升到85.45%(χ2=8.605,P<0.05),结论南阳市卧龙区通过综合干预措施对于暗娼防治艾滋病取得了较为显著的效果,综合干预措施值得在项目区的暗娼人群艾滋病宣传干预中推广应用。

Objective To explore the effective sexually transmitted infections AIDS intervention strategies among female sex workers in project region.Methods A comprehensive intervention was carried out among female sex workers in 74 recreation establisements which have representative characters in Wolong district,and the effects of intervention was subsequently evaluated by an questionnaire from november 2009 to july 2010.The date were analyzed by SPSS12.0.Results The study subjects aged 17-39 year old（26.23±6.32）,and 333（88.10 %） of them had high or middle school education background.264（69.84 %）were unmarried.After intervention,the correct answer rates for the knowledge of AIDS rose from 58.86 % to 85.19 %（χ2 =69.30,P〈0.01）;and the correct use of condom were higher than those of baseline,with the rise from 77.46 % to 85.45 %（χ2 =8.605,P〈0.05）.Conclusion The AIDS comprehensive intervention measures were effective and should be evaluated and generalized in the project region.
