摘要 苏里格南部气田φ215.9 mm井眼下φ88.9 mm油管完井顶替效率低,后期钻探难度大,固井施工压力高。为解决该问题,根据平衡压力固井工艺原理,通过外加剂优选及固井工具优选,配制出优质固井前置液体系、防渗漏水泥浆体系、固井压塞液体系,完成了适合小尺寸套管固井的配套施工工艺。使用该工艺现场施工6口井,固井工具附件性能可靠,既满足返高要求也未发生漏失,未留水泥塞,满足后期储层改造需要,为苏里格气田低成本有效开发提供了技术保障,具有较大推广价值。 Well completion with φ88.9 mm tubing in φ215.9 mm wellbore in the southern Sulige gas field has problems of low displacing efficiency,difficult penetration at late stage and high cementing pressure.To solve these problems,systems of quality cementing prepad fluid,leak-prevention slurry and overflush fluid have been developed based on the principle of balance pressure cementing;moreover,the matching techniques of small size casing cementing have been optimized including additives and cementing tools.The application of this technology in 6 wells of the field has shown reliable performance of cementing tools,satisfactory cement top,no leakage,no cement plug,thus meeting the need of reservoir stimulation in the future and providing technical support for economical and efficient development of the Sulige gas field.
