摘要
以花高花宽、原料、款式以及垫纱相同而贾卡组织不同的3件160/84A单色经编无缝合体女上衣作为试样,挑选25名体型符合160/84A号型区域的青年女性试穿,采用Labview8.2的虚拟技术测量上体不同部位的服装压,并同时进行主观压力舒适性评价.运用模糊综合评判的方法求解各部位的客观压力值,对主观评价中各等级的频数值进行统计分析,并对两者之间的关系进行研究.采用统计学方法得出各部位舒适压范围,从压力敏感度和承压能力两个角度进行了压力舒适性分析.提出对于压力敏感度较高和承压能力较差的部位,可以采用贾卡薄组织或网孔组织的设计来改善经编无缝服装的压力舒适性.
Three pieces of women′s warp knitted seamless garment in size of 160/84A are used as the experimental samples,which have the same height,width,material,style and lapping but different in jacquard fabric.25 young women in size 160/84A are selected to try those samples,then the pressures in different parts of body are measured with Labview8.2 virtual device,at the same time,the subjective pressure comfort valuation is conducted.In order to investigate the relation,the objective pressure value is figured out by the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,and the frequency of subjective evaluation in every class is also analyzed.The comfortable range in very body part is got by statistical methods,and pressure comfort is analyzed in terms of pressure sensitive and the ability to pressure,then it is found that the thin or mesh fabric weave can be used in the part where has high pressure sensitive and weak ability to pressure,in order to improve the pressure comfort of seamless garment.
