几种经纤维传导激光的特点及其在喉科手术中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 激光由于其精确性、高效性和微创性被广泛应用于喉科手术中,根据激光的2种固有特性——靶色基和传导介质的不同,激光又可以被分为不同的类型,其中经过玻璃纤维传导的激光可以通过软管喉镜的工作通道到达喉部,使激光手术可以在门诊、表面麻醉下进行,既能降低风险、方便患者又节约了医疗资源。
