摘要
目前,长沙市政府针对盲道损坏严重这一现象,对全市近50条盲道开展着改造升级工程,为了了解长沙市盲道建设与使用的具体状况,笔者从调查盲道整改的前后情况出发,深入地剖析了长沙市盲道建设存在的问题,并提出关于盲道建设中的规划与设计方面的建议,以期切实推动长沙市无障碍设施建设。
Due to serious damage of blind road,government of the Changsha city begin to carry out the remaking and rebuilding engineering project of approximate 50 blind roads in Changsha.To know the situation of blind road building and usage in Changsha,the author analyzed the existing problems of blind road building in Changsha and submitted recommendations concerning planning and design of blind road building,which will promote the barrier-free facilities construction in Changsha.
