摘要
在全面把握创建资源节约型和环境友好型社会、建设社会主义新农村和构建和谐社会的时代背景下,本文系统阐述了新型城镇化的内涵与特征以及传统城镇化与新型城镇化的关系,提出了在此形势下城市规划如何变革以应对。
By comprehending the current situation of establishing a resource-saving and environment-friendly society,building a new socialist countryside and creating a harmonious society,this paper elaborates the meaning and feature of new urbanization and the relationship between traditional urbanization and new urbanization.Greeting the favorable situation,this paper proposes that we need some revolutionary changes in urban planning.
