城市交通基础设施建设与土地开发利用一体化是土地利用集约化的重要方式。本文旨在以沙坪坝火车站改造概念性城市设计为例,探讨如何在合理利用原有交通基础设施资源基础上建立综合交通枢纽,同时综合考虑与周边城市土地开发的关系,实现城市交通基础设施建设与城市土地开发利用的一体化发展,最终达到土地集约利用的目的。

The integration of urban transport infrastructure and land development is an important way to intensive use the land.This paper takes the case of reconstruction of Shapingba railway station conceptual urban design as an example.Discuss how to construct integrated transport hub based on the existing transport infrastructure resources,and also consider the relationship with the surrounding urban land＇s development.To achieve the integrated development of urban transport infrastructure and use of urban land,and ultimately achieving the purpose of intensive land use.
