摘要
针对现有配电网合环操作分析系统中合环潮流计算模型缺乏时效、合环阻抗计算粗略和缺少实用的合环操作分析机制,基于EMS系统开发的电网合环操作风险评估系统利用从EMS系统获取的实时模型和数据断面,解决配电网合环潮流计算模型的时效性;通过全网自动拓扑搜索确定合环操作的环路路径,并利用实时状态的全网导纳矩阵求解合环端口阻抗,从而准确地计算合环潮流。系统通过引入合环拓扑搜索检验、合环电流与保护整定比较及合环后全网潮流影响分析的全面安全风险评估机制,从而保证电网合环操作的安全。
The existing loop closing operation and analysis system for distribution network was lack of real-time model in calculating closed loop power flow,there was coarse method to compute loop resistance and was lack of practical analysis mechanism of loop operation.The developing loop closed operation and risk assessment system for power network based on EMS system solved the problem of real-time of loop calculation by gaining real-time model and date section from EMS system.The loop operation path was decided by topology search automatically,the loop port resistance was resolved by using real-time status of impedance matrix,then closed loop power flow was calculated accurately.The system introduced closed loop topology test,closed loop current comparison with protection setting and the overall security risk assessment mechanism in analyzing power flow after closing loop to ensure the safe loop closing operation for power network.
