摘要
着重对舞钢公司40 t板坯电渣重熔炉结晶器的报废原因进行了分析研究,阐述了针对该类型结晶器所制定的维护、修复与报废标准,同时提出了延长结晶器使用寿命和降低结晶器使用成本方面的一些措施和设想展望。
This article analyzes and studies the causes of mould rejection for 40 t ESR furnace remelting slab in Wuyang Iron and Steel Co.Ltd,elaborates the standard of maintenance,repair and rejection developed for such mould,and puts forward some measures of prolonging service life of moud and lowering operation costs of mould as well as prospection for future development.
