摘要
实验探讨了不同浓度保鲜剂对月季切花‘粉后’的花径、花枝鲜重变化率、花瓣可溶性糖含量及丙二醛(MAD)含量的影响。结果表明:VI处理(10﹪蔗糖﹢200 mg·L-1 8-HQ﹢75 mg·L-1 GA3﹢25 mg·L-1 6-BA)保鲜效果最好,平均花径最大,花枝鲜重变化率最高、花瓣可溶性糖含量及丙二醛(MAD)含量最低。
The experiment was used to find out effects of different treatments on the diameter,changing rate of fresh weight,soluble carbohydrate and MDA of flowers.The results showed that Ⅵ(mass fraction of 10 g·L-1 sucrose+mass fraction of 200 mg·L-1 8-HQ+mass fraction of 75 mg·L-1 GA3 + mass fraction of 25 mg·L-1 6-BA) was the best,the average flower diameter length was the biggest.The changing rate of fresh weight was also the highest,the soluble carbohydrate and MDA was the least.
