摘要
从连续梁桥短线法施工控制基本思想出发,以崇启跨江大桥50 m跨引桥短线法施工控制项目为背景,建立有限元模型模拟全桥施工,对连续梁桥成桥线形影响较大的5个结构参数进行敏感性分析。得到各个参数变化时,对结构成桥线形和结构应力的影响,提出影响主梁预制与安装线形的主要因素,以进一步提高梁段预制和安装的精度。
In the construction control of Chongqi Yangtze River 50 m span bridge,finite element model was built based on construction control of continuous beam in short-line method.By finite element analysis,a sensitivity analysis of five parameters,which have effect on bridge line,was accomplished,and then got effect of bridge line and structure stress when each structural parameters changed,in order to find the most sensitivity parameter which has a great effect on bridge line in manufacture stage and installation stage.At last the precision of precast beams can be ulteriorly improved in manufacture stage and installation stage.
