黑龙江垦区应用型人才培养策略探讨——以黑龙江八一农垦大学为视角

Training Strategy on Practical Talents of Heilongjiang Reclamation Areas from the Perspective of Heilongjiang August First Land Reclamation University

为黑龙江垦区培养并输送了大量专业人才和管理人才的黑龙江八一农垦大学,如今面临着黑龙江垦区经济发展的新形式,培养应用型人才成为新形式下的必然。应用型人才不同于传统教育下所培养的人才,更注重于核心素质的培育,即创新、创业精神。在知识层面上需要注重应用性知识的掌握,在能力层面上需要注重适应能力与实践能力的培养。培养应用型人才,应优化课程体系,加强师资队伍建设,注重对学生创新能力的培养,加强实践教学的教材建设,构建校内外实习基地,通过实践,使学生对所学专业建立起感性认识,从而有助于提高其实践能力、创新能力。

Heilongjiang August First Land Reclamation University,developing a multitude of professionals and talented managers for Heilongjiang reclamation areas,now is faced with the new economic development situations of reclamation areas.Hence,it is necessary for it to develop practical talents.Practical talents are different from traditional talents,the former values the cultivation of core quality,i.e.innovation and entrepreneurship.Practical talents focus on the master of practical knowledge and cultivation of adaptive and practical capacity.In brief,the cultivation of practical talents need optimize curriculum system,develop students＇ innovative capacity,construct teaching faculty and materials on practical teaching,build practice base in and out of university,create students＇ perceptual knowledge on their major through practice,and improve their practical and innovative capacity.
