摘要
黑龙江省是农业大省,探索农产品物流园区的规划建设对于黑龙江省农业全面、快速、和谐发展具有重要意义。通过以阐释农产品物流园区的含义、功能以及在黑龙江省建设农产品物流园区的必要性为基础,运用SLP法(Systematic Layout Evaluation)布置方法,对黑龙江省农产品物流园区的内部功能区进行规划设计,在此基础上,提出实际设计中需要考虑的问题和遵守的原则。
As a big agricultural province,it is significant for Heilongjiang to explore planning construction on logistics park of agricultural products to promote its quick and harmonious development at large.This paper first illustrates the implication and function of logistics park of agricultural products,and also necessity to build logistics park of agricultural products,then plans and designs its functional area inside by means of Systematic Layout Evaluation（SLP）,and finally presents the practical problems and principles in planning.
