摘要
基于BT模式及工程投资控制的相关理论,对深圳市城市轨道交通5号线BT项目进行实证研究。分析了该项目采用改良BT模式的动因与特点,总结了其采用改良BT模式下的项目组织管理模式。在此基础上,对深圳市城市轨道交通5号线BT项目在工程建设前期投资控制的过程、重点和方法进行了分析与总结,为今后工程建设前期的投资控制提供了实证经验和理论依据。
Based on the relevant theories about BT mode and control on engineering investment, urban subway line 5 in BT mode in Sbenzhen is empirically studied, The reasons of adopting the modified BT mode in the project and its characteristics are analyzed, while the organization and management forms of the project in the modified BT mode are summarized as well. On this basis, the process, key point and investment control method of the control on investment upfront in urban subway line 5 in BT mode in Shenzhen are analyzed and summarized, which provides empirical experiences and theoretical basis for the investment control on the early construction of project in the future.
