摘要
建设和优化信息资源是社会发展的迫切需要及我国建设全面和谐和可持续发展社会的必然要求,也是图书馆开展各项工作的基础。本文主要阐述图书馆信息资源建设理论研究的演变,揭示文献资源建设的目标,并分析得出图书馆信息建设的基本原则。
Construction and optimization of information resources are not only an urgent need for social development and China＇s harmonious,an inevitable requirement of sustainable development,but also the basis of carrying out the work of the library.This article focuses on constructing an evolution of a library information resources construction,revealing the goal of building literature resources,and analysis derived the basic principles of construction of library information.
