摘要
随着市场竞争的加剧,现代制造企业所面临的竞争也越来越激烈,各企业为了适应企业发展对于人才的迫切需求,都要建立相对完善的企业培训系统。本文所构建的企业培训系统,正是满足员工学习者随时随地学习,快速有效地解决学习、工作中遇到的问题的一种工具。
As market competition intensifies,the modern manufacturing enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition,the development of enterprises of all enterprises in order to meet the urgent demand for talent,have an urgent need to establish a relatively sound business training system.This enterprise training systems constructed,is to meet the staff learners＇ needs to learn at anytime,anywhere,quickly and effectively solve the learning problems encountered in the work.
