摘要
脐血间充质干细胞(UC-MSCs)具有多向分化潜能,在一定的实验条件控制下可分化为骨、软骨、脂肪、神经、肝和内皮等多种细胞。脐血MSCs具有来源丰富,易于采集、保存和运输,无异体排斥,无伦理学争议等诸多优点。新生儿重度缺血缺氧性脑损伤(HIE)是导致新生儿死亡和儿童神经系统伤残的主要原因之一,尚缺乏特异有效的治疗方法。UC-MSCs的研究为新生儿HIE的治疗开辟了一条新的途径。
Umbilical cord blood-derived mesenchymal stem cells(UC-MSCs) have powerful plasticity and multi-directional differentiation into many kinds of cells in bone,cartilage,adipose,nerve,liver and endodermis under certain experimental conditions.UC-MSCs had good characteristics of abundant resource,being simply collected,preservated and transported,without allo-graft injection or ethical issues.Fetal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE) is one of main causes in mortality and morbidity of infants,but back of its specific and effective treatments.UC-MSCs have a potential therapeutic role in the treatment of HIE.
