脐血间充质干细胞及其在实验性治疗新生儿缺血缺氧性脑损伤的研究进展

摘要 脐血间充质干细胞(UC-MSCs)具有多向分化潜能,在一定的实验条件控制下可分化为骨、软骨、脂肪、神经、肝和内皮等多种细胞。脐血MSCs具有来源丰富,易于采集、保存和运输,无异体排斥,无伦理学争议等诸多优点。新生儿重度缺血缺氧性脑损伤(HIE)是导致新生儿死亡和儿童神经系统伤残的主要原因之一,尚缺乏特异有效的治疗方法。UC-MSCs的研究为新生儿HIE的治疗开辟了一条新的途径。 Umbilical cord blood-derived mesenchymal stem cells(UC-MSCs) have powerful plasticity and multi-directional differentiation into many kinds of cells in bone,cartilage,adipose,nerve,liver and endodermis under certain experimental conditions.UC-MSCs had good characteristics of abundant resource,being simply collected,preservated and transported,without allo-graft injection or ethical issues.Fetal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE) is one of main causes in mortality and morbidity of infants,but back of its specific and effective treatments.UC-MSCs have a potential therapeutic role in the treatment of HIE.
