电大远程教育服务文化是以科学的教育价值观为核心,以全校教职工正确的价值认知和行为规范的形成为内容,以提升远程教育管理与服务水平,增强系统凝聚力,促进内涵建设为目标,具有独特文化品格和鲜明个性特征的文化。市级电大具体负责基层教学点管理与服务,是电大系统建设的关键环节。加强服务文化建设对于市级电大提升自身办学实力和整个电大的系统建设有着十分重要的意义。

The service culture of the distance education of TV Universities takes as its core the scientific education value and as its content the formation of honorable behavior,so as to enhance the level of the distance education management and service,to increase the cohesion of the system and to improve the teaching level,promotes as its object the connotation construction,and is of unique culture quality and style and distinctive specific character.The TV Universities of Prefecture Level are in charge of the management and service of the basic teaching centers,its service culture construction plays an important role in the promotion of the strength in running the TV Universities of Prefecture Level and the construction of the whole system of TV Universities.
