信息时代图书馆工作的重点就是如何能够更加充分有效地开发、传播、应用知识。提高图书馆的工作成效与服务质量,使其充满活力和竞争力,是图书馆必须解决的重大问题。探讨图书馆管理创新的概念、措施、应注意的问题等,以期更好地发挥图书馆的职能,为读者提供更高、更优质、更满意的服务。
The key of library work in information age is how to more fully and effectively develop,disseminate and apply knowledge.Improving the effciency and service quality of work and make it be full of vitality and competitiveness is a major issue that the librarye must solve.This paper probes into the concept,measures and some related questions of library administrative innovation in order to bring into play better the function of library and provide a perfect,satisfactory and higher quality service for readers.
