加快调整国民收入分配结构的思考

Accelerating the Necessity of Adjusting Pattern of National Income Distribution's

目前我国国民收入分配结构存在着多方面的问题,加快调整分配结构,更加注重社会公平,消除社会分配不公,具有极大必要性和紧迫性。我们应该以中国化的马克思主义为指导,借鉴历史经验和国际经验,坚持并完善以按劳分配为主体、多种分配方式并存的分配制度,坚持消灭剥削、消除两极分化、最终实现共同富裕的目标,加快调整收入分配结构,大力促进科学发展与社会和谐。调整收入分配结构,贯彻按劳分配原则有好多事情要做。有些问题要经过调查研究,逐步解决;有些制度要恢复,建立起来。加快调整国民收入分配结构的关键在政府,政府必须在思想上高度重视,在作风上清正廉洁,在工作上坚决有力。

There exists many-sided problem in pattern of national income distribution at present in our country,it is having extremely large necessity and urgency to accelerating adjustment pattern of national income distribution,to attaching importance of social equity,to removing income disparities.We ought to take Marxism as direction,draw lessons from history experience and international experience,insist and improve the distribution system which putting distribution according to one's performance as dominant and a variety of modes of distribution coexist,persist in eliminating exploitation and polarization,ultimately achieve common prosperity,accelerate the adjustment pattern of national income distribution,promote energetically development of science and harmonic society.The principle adjusting pattern of income distribution,putting a distribution according to one's performance into effect has a lot of thing to do.Some of problems need to investigate and study,solve step by step.Some systems needs to recover and build.The key of accelerating adjustment pattern of national income distribution is on the government,which must attach great importance on the thought,be honest and clean on style,be forceful on the determined job.
