基于云南桥头堡战略和新高地建设中的天保旅游小镇建设发展对策研究

Tianbao town construction and development of tourism based on Yunnan bridgehead on the construction of strategies and new heights

通过云南建设中国面向西南开放重要桥头堡、新一轮西部大开发战略和文山州建设云南面向泛珠三角和东盟开放的新高地等历史机遇分析,天保旅游小镇建设具有:(1)优化调整产业结构,全面提升旅游产业对一、二、三产业的链式带动效益;(2)提升资源外输型向资源集聚型发展能力,实现区域资源储备增殖效益;(3)旅游产业的低碳化消费模式,实现区域自然资源的绿色经济效益;(4)旅游小镇是天保口岸综合发展的有效支撑载体等重要意义。天保旅游小镇可以通过打造"门户城市名片"、"绿色经济名片"、"民族文化名片"、"基础设施名片"、"招商引资名片"等五张名片和实施"五大"发展动力,由此全面提升旅游小镇经济、社会、文化等硬软实力。最后,提出了天保旅游小镇发展的几点建议。

By historic opportunity analysis of an important bridgehead built to opening up to the Southwest China in Yunnan,a new round of the western development strategy and the construction of the Pan-PRD and new Heights to opening up to ASEAN built in Wenshan Prefecture,Yunnan Province,the construction of tourist town has the following characteristics： ① it optimizes and adjusts industrial structure,and enhances the tourism industry on the one,two,three industry chain-driving efficiency;②It improves transportation resources-based development to resources gathering capacity,realizes the proliferation benefits of regional resources reserves;③ Tourism consumption patterns of low-carbon technology can achieve green economic benefits of regional natural resources;④ Tourism is the natural forest protection port town of effective support for integrated development of the carrier of significance.Mary Rose is a tourist town,Malipo economic and social development of the ＂gateway city card＂,＂green economy card＂,＂culture card＂,＂infrastructure business card＂,＂investment business card＂.Finally,the tourist town of the development of natural forest protection and development of five major driving forces are proposed.
