低碳经济下的露天煤矿建设

THE CONSTRUCTION OF SURFACE COAL MINE UNDER LOW-CARBON ECONOMIC

随着低碳经济的提出,低碳矿山成为研究的热点问题。分析了高碳能源低碳化发展的意义,针对目前煤炭在我国能源消耗中的地位,围绕低碳露天煤矿建设的主题,提出了建设低碳露天煤矿的总体框架,从节能与环保两个角度提出了建设低碳露天矿所要解决的具体问题,对我国煤炭工业的可持续发展具有重要意义。

With the proposed of low-carbon economy,low-carbon of mine has became a hot issue.This paper analyzes the significance of high-carbon energy low-carbon developed. For coal in the current status of energy consumption,this paper focus on the theme of building low-carbon surface mines,solved the specific problems of constructing low-carbon surface coal mine from the two angle of energy saving and environmental protection,which is important to the development of China＇s coal industry.
