摘要
农村劳动力素质培训工作,不仅是广大企业和职工的需要,也是促进地方经济快速发展的需要。宁海县在农村劳动力素质培训工作中存在着培训资源分散、经费投入有限等问题。要加强培训工作,必须增强责任感和紧迫感,并切实采取制定规划、加大投入、完善机制、引进人才、创新模式等相应对策。
The training work of rural labor quality not only meets the needs of companies and workers, but also promotes the development in regional economy. But problems exist in the training work in Ninghai, such as scattered training resources and limitation to training budget. To better the work, responsibility and urgency sense must be strengthened and countermeasures be taken: making practical plans, increasing training funds, improving management mechanism, introducing talents and creating training models.
