在新形势下民营企业在发展中遇到了一系列的问题,其中人力资源管理不完善已经成为严重制约企业发展的重大瓶颈。如何提高人力资源管理,一个重要的环节是制订人力资源规划。要明确规划的内容、步骤及注意的问题,使规划更为科学。
In the current economic conditions,private enterprises encounter a range of issues in the development.Among those issues,poor management of human resource has become a serious major bottleneck restricting the development of enterprises.Making human resource planning is an important way to improve human resource management.To make the planning more scientific,it is important to clear the contents of planning,steps and problems.
