摘要
研究了水体中几种形态铬的存在状态、分离条件。提出以离子交换为主的铬形态分离流程。结合二苯碳酰二肼光度法可测定水样中总铬、溶解态铬、颗粒态铬、六价态铬、无机态和有机态三价铬。已用所拟流程于水样及药物中铬的形态分析,水样加标回收率在92%~97%。
Existent states and separation conditions of chromium species in environmental water samples were studied. A method for speciation analysis of chromium by ion exchange with DPC spectrophotometric determination was developed. The method has been applied to the determination of total, soluble, granular chromium, Cr(), inorganic, and organic Cr () in environmental water and drug samples. The recovery of standard addition in water sample is 92%97% and the results of Cr () in drug sample are in agreement with scalar.\=\=
