浅析北方地区村镇住宅布局优化整合生态技术

Analysis on Optimization Eco-Technology of Arrangements of the Rural Residential Houses in Northern China

概述了我国北方村镇住宅的现状及存在的问题,对村镇住宅宅基地的选择及新时期农村住宅结构与布局规划设计的要求进行了分析。针对北方地区农村住房建设中存在的诸多问题,提出了应遵循的节地、节能、节水、节材等设计原则及应采取的相应技术措施。

The paper summarizes the situation and some problems of the rural residential houses in northern China.Then the article analyzes the requirements of site selection,the structure and planning and design of rural residential in the new era.Depending on the existing problems,the paper presents the ecological appropriate technical measures in such repects as saving energy,water and land resources.
