运用全过程质量管理的思想,本着以客户需求为导向的房地产业开发理念,对房地产项目从项目构思与可行性研究到规划设计、建筑施工、售后服务全过程的质量管理进行分析和研究,构建了一个完整的房地产项目全过程质量管理体系,并对此提出保障措施。

This article uses the thoughts of whole process quality management,in line with customer demand-oriented idea of real estate industry development,analyzes and studies the whole process of quality management from the project conception and feasibility study to planning and design,construction,after-sales service of real estate project process quality.Then the article constructs a complete whole process quality management system of real estate project,and puts forward the safeguard measures of the system.
