Through competitive analysis,the article gets an online strategy which reflected trading environment and industry competition level.Then the article analyzes the comparison between optimal online strategy and offline strategy in three industry competition levels,and establishes a construction equipment second-hand exchange online model in the condition of future demand information unknown.The online strategy solves the probabilistic problem about leasing or buying construction equipment because construction enterprises doesn＇t ensure the time of using the equipment.
