高密度蛋白微阵列芯片技术及其在疾病研究中的应用

摘要 许多具有高通量特点的蛋白质组学分析技术成为大规模研究蛋白分子间相互作用,快速高效地揭示机体许多生命活动现象的必备手段,并在近几年得到迅猛发展,高密度蛋白微阵列芯片(Protein microarrays chip)技术就是其中之一。大规模同时检测分析一个物种的蛋白,以及对这些蛋白进行亚细胞定位和相关功能的分析,同时提供不同蛋白间的相互作用是高密度蛋白微阵列芯片的用途之一。
