摘要 目的分析炎症性肠病(IBD)患者血清中CA125、CA199、癌胚抗原(CEA)的表达水平,判断该3项肿瘤抗原作为IBD早期诊断指标的潜在临床应用价值。方法 2007年至2010年期间,上海市瑞金医院101例IBD住院患者、101例结直肠癌住院患者和100例健康体检正常人纳入本研究。回顾性分析IBD组、结直肠癌术前患者组以及正常人群组中,血清CA125、CA199、CEA的表达水平,并比较3个肿瘤抗原指标在3组中的表达差异。结果 IBD组患者血清CA125、CEA水平显著高于健康人群组;结直肠癌组血清CA125、CA199、CEA水平均显著高于健康人群组;结直肠癌组的血清CA199、CEA水平显著高于IBD组。结论肿瘤抗原表达在IBD患者中高于健康人群,低于结直肠肿瘤患者,有望用于IBD的筛查和诊断。 Objective Analysis the expression levels of serum CA125, CAI99,CEA in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) patients, to determine the clinical application of the three tumor antigens as indicators of early diagnosis of IBD. Methods We analyzed 101 hospitalized patients with IBD, 101 hospitalized patients with colorectal cancer and 100 healthy people in Shanghai Ruijin Hospital during 2007 to 2010. Analysis the expression levels of serum CA125,CA199 and CEA in these three groups patients. To compare the expression of three tumor antigens in three groups. Results The levels of serum CA125, CEA in IBD patients were significantly higher than the healthy group. The levels of serum CA125, CA199, CEA in colorectal cancer group were significantly higher than the healthy group. The levels of serum CA199, CEA in colorectal were significantly higher than the IBD group. Conclusion The expressions of tumor antigens in IBD patients were higher than healthy people but they were lower than colorectal cancer, so they can be used for screening and diagnosis of IBD.
