对制药工程专业学生工程素质教育的思考

Thoughts of engineering education for students majoring in Pharmaceutical Engineering

工程师在社会和科技进步中起着越来越重要的作用,培养高素质工程应用型人才是高等工程教育的重要任务之一,但受传统教育观念影响,工科高校在工程素质教育方面还存在很多不足。结合教学和工作实践,从教学体系改革、师资管理、校企合作教育等方面分析,以求探索出提高制药工程专业学生工程素质的具体对策。

Engineer plays an increasingly important role in the social and technological progress.It is one of the important tasks of higher education to train high-quality engineering talents.But under the influence of traditional education ideology,there are many deficiencies of Engineering Education in engineering colleges.In order to improve the quality of students majoring in Pharmaceutical Engineering,this paper explores the specific countermeasures in aspects of education system reform,teacher resources management and school-enterprise cooperation with author＇s teaching practice.
