我国高校助学贷款制度低效运行的原因及对策分析

Analysis of the causes and countermeasures into the inefficient operation of the student loan system in our national college

我国高校助学贷款制度已有12年的发展历史,帮助众多贫困学生一圆大学梦,更推动了我国高等教育事业的改革和发展。然而由于诸多方面的原因,我国高校助学贷款制度始终处于低效运行状态,不能充分发挥助学贷款制度本身的功能。从助学贷款普及和实施的现状入手,分别从主体、客体、中间环节、机制本身等方面深入分析了问题的原因,并从解决症结的角度提供了一些改进的建议,旨在寻求我国高校助学贷款制度发展完善的新出路。

It has been more than ten years since the system of student loan developed,which help the poor student to realize the dream of university.It also promotes the career of college developments.However,the system of student loan has always been in an inefficient operation and can not play the role itself for some reasons.Focusing on the popularization and status of implementation,this paper analyzes the causes of the problem respectively from subject,object,intermediary,mechanism.Then some suggestions are provided to solve the problems in order to seek a new way to develop and prefect the system of student loan in our national college.
