高新技术企业研发团队成员认知与团队绩效关系的实证研究 被引量:1

摘要 研发团队的团队绩效将直接影响高新技术企业的可持续发展。文章在文献回顾的基础上提出成员认知的3个维度,并通过对156份有效问卷的数据分析作实证研究。结果表明,高新技术企业研发团队成员认知与团队绩效具有显著正相关关系。 The performance of RD team directly relates to the sustainable development of high-tech enterprises.Based on literature review,the paper puts forward three dimensions of member cognition and conducts empirical research on the data from 156 valid questionnaires.The result shows that there is an obvious positive relation between the cognition of RD team members of high-tech enterprises and team performance.
