西南联大的通才教育论析

On the General Education of Southwest Associated University

西南联大成为一所人才辈出、蜚声中外的高等学府，其主要原因之一是秉持并实践了通才教育的办学理念。严格的教学制度，自由的学术环境，优秀的教师队伍，为西南联大成功实施通才教育提供了制度、思想、师资方面的保障。我国的一些高等院校在实施通才教育上，面临着理念认识不全面，师资薄弱，课程设置不合理等问题，西南联大通才教育的成功经验为我国的通才教育改革提供一些借鉴及启示。

Southwest associated university is a top school which brings up lots of talented people and is famous not only in China but overseas. One of the reasons is the university persists on and practices the University-Running Ideas of general education： Strict instruction system, freedom of academic environment and excellent teachers provide safeguard of system ,ideology and teachers on the successful implementation of general education. Our some colleges faced the problems of concept of cognition is not comprehensive, teacher is weak and curriculum setup is not reasonable on the implementation of. The successful experience of Southwest associated university on general education provide some examples and revelation for our country＇s general education reform.
