摘要
西双版纳傣族基础教育发展滞后,除了历史因素即教育起点低的原因外,还受当地自然地理环境、生产方式、传统文化、宗教、语言、教育模式和课程设置等因素的影响。改善傣族地区的基础教育状况应从转变教育观念、构建多元文化课程、加强师资队伍建设和建立政府、学校、家庭、缅寺和社区相互作用的有效机制等四个方面着手。
