摘要
课程建设是教学改革的突破口,也是提高教育质量的关键环节。课程是由多个因素组成的开放系统,系统内部各要素的和谐程度愈高,课程系统的效能愈高。和谐课程是学校课程建设的理想状态,教师和学生在课程建设中发挥主体作用。以系统的观点总揽课程设计、以整合的观点确定课程内容、以后现代观点建构师生关系、以发展的观点改革课程评价是和谐课程建设的有效策略。
Construction of curriculum is the breakthrough of teaching reform and the key process of improving educa-tional quality. Curriculum is an open system which is composed by many factors. The more harmonious is factors of system internal, the higher is efficiency of curriculum system. Harmonious curriculum is the ideal state in curriculum construction in which teachers and students play a leading role. The efficient strategies are these ; designing curriculum in view of system; ensuring curriculum content in view of integration ; building the relations between teachers and students in view of postmodernism;reforming curriculum evaluation in view of development.
