从教师资源看教育公平发展之困境

摘要 从教师资源角度对我国教育公平问题进行了剖析。从当前发展来看,教师编制与发展的失衡,教师薪酬与行业水平的差距,农村教师总量与质量的偏低,以及教育环境中公平与效率的博弈四大问题是阻碍教育公平发展的难题。 The paper analyzed the China's education fairness problems from the angle of teacher resource. From the current development point of view, the imbalance of teacher establishment and development, the gap between teacher's salary and the industry level, low quantity and quality of rural teachers and the game between fairness and efficiency in educational environment are tough problems which has been hindering the educational fairness development.
