摘要
目的探讨营养性贫血与血清微量元素的关系。方法选择门诊及住院的102例营养性贫血儿童为观察组,同期门诊查体的102例健康儿童为对照组,均进行静脉血铁、锌、钙、铜、镁测定,对两组检测结果进行统计学分析。结果观察组血清中锌、铁含量明显低于对照组(P<0.01),统计学分析差异非常显著。结论营养性贫血儿童锌、铁缺乏,应及时补充。
Objective To explore the relationship of trace elements in sera of children with nutritional anemia. Methods Trace elements including Fe,Cu,Zn,Ca,Mg in 102 children with nutritional anemia and in 102 healthy children were tested respectively and their test results were compared. Results Fe and Zn in children with nutritional anemia were lower.It was very significant difference between the two groups.（P〈0.01） Conclusion Children with nutritional anemia lack Zn, Fe, should promptly added.
