乳腺癌化疗中锁骨下静脉穿刺置管的应用与护理

目的探讨锁骨下静脉穿刺置管在乳腺癌TA方案化疗中的应用及护理体会。方法对66例乳腺癌术后的患者给予锁骨下静脉穿刺置管进行TA方案化疗,加强心理护理,精心严格的导管护理。结果 66例患者中有3例出现穿刺部位感染而拔管,4例患者因长时间置管,导管脱落而重新置管。所有患者均顺利完成TA方案化疗,无深静脉血栓、无静脉炎、未发现化疗药物外漏、无导管堵塞等并发症。结论乳腺癌患者进行TA方案化疗过程中予以锁骨下静脉穿刺置管,在好的护理条件下,减少了患者的痛苦,提高了经济效益,值得推广。

Objective To study the application and nursing care of subclavian vein catheterization in TA chemotherapy of breast cacinoma.Methods Subclavian vein cathetering subclavian vein on 66 post-operation patients of breast cacinoma,used TA chemotherapy,gived intensive psychological and nursing care.Results 3 patients were extubed by infection of puncture area,4 patients were re-cathetered by tube defluxion.All patients finished TA chemotherapy,no complications were found,such as deep venous thrombosis,phlebophlogosis,leakage of chemotherapeutics,obstruction of catheter.Conclusion under good nusring care,subclavian vein catheterization may reduce patients’s painess gived TA chemotherapy,and had economic benefit,subclavian vein catheterization was worth to being popularized.
