腋部副乳腺采用腋部切口整形切除的临床研究

目的探索腋部副乳腺的整形治疗方法。方法根据腋部副乳腺的位置和其长轴与腋部皱褶的平行关系不同,选用不同的腋部切口将副乳腺整形切除。结果乳腺门诊自2008年1月～2010年10月共门诊手术治疗副乳腺患者24人,切除副乳腺35个,手术切口隐蔽,局部外形改善明显,副乳胀痛消失,疗效满意。结论腋部切口手术治疗腋部副乳腺,兼顾治疗与美容整形,患者乐于接受,适于广泛推广。

Objective To explore plastic surgery treatment of accessory breast in the axillary section.Methods To choose different incision in the axillary section for plastic surgery treatment of accessory breast removal according to the location of accessory breast in the axillary section and the Plastic surgery different relationship of its long axis parallel and axillary fold.Results From January 2008 to October 2010,in our clinic we caried out accessory breast surgery treatment for 24 patients and 35 accessory breasts were removed.As result,it was Satisfactory that surgical incision was hidden,the local form was clearly improved and the pain disappeared.Conclusion It is acceptable by the patients and suitable for extensive promotion in both treatment and plastic to treat accessory breast with surgery treatment with incision in the axillary section.
