摘要
目的探讨子宫内妊娠组织残留的腹部B超诊断研究。方法本研究患者共144例,在进行B超诊断之前,护士嘱咐患者保持适当的膀胱充盈,并经腹壁在耻骨对子宫附件进行联合上扫,观察的重点内容为宫腔内的变化以及子宫内膜回声。结果患者的超声声像图可分为混合声像图(90例)与光点回声图像(54例),其中前者与病理检测符合率为97.78%,后者与病理检测符合率为79.63%,两组患者的差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 B超检测能够在准确检查是否存在子宫内妊娠组织残留的同时准确的反映出残留物的具体位置、大小以及与子宫肌壁之间的关系,还可在超声引导下进行清宫术,在提高手术成功率的同时有利于减少各类并发症的发生。
Objective To learn the research of belly type-B ultrasonic for pregnancy issue remain in uterus.Methods Before type-B ultrasonic,44 patients should keep bladder full and be scanned the adnexa uteri in pubis along napes.The change and ntima echo in uterus are important content.Results The USG of patients are divided into mix sonogram （90 cases） and spot echological picture （54 cases）.The diverse of former （97.78%） and latter （79.63%） has significance （P0.05）.Conclusion Type-B ultrasonic can accurately check whether be pregnancy issue remain in uterus and its state and size and relation with uterus？intramurals.With ultrasonic complete curettage of uterine cavity can be taken.It can raise mission success rate and release various complications.
