我院麻醉性镇痛药应用趋势调查分析

目的调查分析医院麻醉性镇痛药使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法统计2007年～2010年期间9种麻醉性镇痛药在医院的使用数据和金额,利用限定日剂量法进行计算、排序和分析。结果麻醉性镇痛药的使用量逐年增长,芬太尼用量最大,其次为吗啡和布桂嗪。结论麻醉性镇痛药的使用基本合理,对于癌性疼痛要加强个体化治疗。

Objective To investigate and analyze the service conditions of narcotic analgesic drugs in our hospital,offering clinical reference for rational use of drugs.Methods By counting up the service data and money amount of nine kinds of narcotic analgesics used in our hospital during the years from 2007 to 2010;by calculating,sorting and analyzing these data and amounts with the use of defined daily dose.Results The use of narcotic analgesics is increasing year by year.Fentanyl is being used in the largest amount,followed by morphine and cloth Gui hydrochloride.Conclusion The use of narcotic analgesics is reasonable in our hospital on the whole and individual therapy for cancer pain needs to be enhanced.
