Clinical Use and Advances of ω-3 Fish Oil Emulsion in Abdominal Surgery

腹部手术后患者因为手术应激打击、炎性因子大量释放、启动炎性反应,引起全身炎性反应综合征,进一步可导致多器官功能不全综合征。ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸具有调节炎症和免疫功能的作用,它能够改善术后早期患者的炎性反应和免疫功能,它的临床应用价值和潜力逐渐得到人们的认识。在此就目前国内外ω-3鱼油脂肪乳对腹部手术后患者的临床应用及进展予以综述。

Patients undergoing abdominal surgery are prone to systemic inflammatory response syndrome and further multiple organ dysfunction syndrome,due to surgical stress,massive release of inflammatory factors,and initiation of inflammatory response.ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids are regulatory in inflammation and immunity and able to improve the postsurgical early inflammatory response and immunity.The clinical use and potential of ω-3 have been increasingly recognized.This article reviews the clinical use and advances of ω-3 fish oil emulsion in patients undergoing abdominal surgeries.
