摘要 颅骨修补术常选用的修补材料有自体游离骨瓣、硅橡胶、有机玻璃、骨水泥、钛网等。不同的修补材料之间各有其优缺点。手术采用数字化成形钛网,方法简单,操作方便,节省了手术时间,易塑形、易固定、抗压性能强、组织相容性好、并发症极少,对植入者无任何不良影响,提高了患者的满意度,显著提高了患者的生活质量,是理想的颅骨修补材料,具有推广及应用价值。 Free bone flap,silicone rubber,acrylic,bone cement,titanium net are the materials that often used in the operations of skull patch repairing.Different repair materials have their advantages and disadvantages.The method of using titanium net is easy and it can always shorten the time of operation.It is easy to model and fixed and it has the strong function of resistance,good tissue compatibility and very few complication.There is no adverse effects after the implantation,it made the patients so satisfy because of raising their living quality and it is very good material that worth popularizing and using.
