摘要
以气相色谱法分析全氟丁基乙烯的含量,通过采用封口顶空瓶装液体样,进样针液体直接进样,考察了色谱柱、色谱柱柱温等条件对PFBE分析的影响。结果表明,使用SPB-5毛细管柱,柱温40℃保持2 min,以5℃/min升至150℃,保持5 min;进样量在0.1～0.4μL内,方程呈良好的线性关系,相对标准偏差0.017%,数据稳定性和重现性较好,可以作为PFBE产品含量的测试方法。
In the paper,the content of perfluorobutylethylene was analyzed via gas chromatography.The effect of chromatographic column and the temperature of chromatographic column on the analysis of PFBE were determined.The result shows that the equation has the linear relation when use SPB-5 capillary column,with the column temperature of 40 ℃ lasting 2 min,heating from 5 ℃ to 150 ℃ lasting 5 min;the amount of sample size of 0.1~ 0.4 μL.This method can be taken to test the content of PFBE for the RSD is 0.017%,the data is reproducible and has good stability.
