摘要
针对我国南方低硬度、易腐蚀型水质作为循环冷却水补水对管道和换热器造成的腐蚀问题,复配出一种无重金属、不含无机磷的新型阻垢缓蚀剂WND-408,用碳酸钙沉积法和旋转挂片法检测该阻垢缓蚀剂性能,通过现场使用,观察该药剂的处理效果。结果表明,WND-408阻垢缓蚀剂使用量在60~80 mg/L时,碳钢腐蚀率<0.075 mm/a,不锈钢腐蚀率<0.005 mm/a,铜腐蚀率<0.005 mm/a;钙硬度+碱度<480 mg/L时,阻垢率大于88%,浓缩倍数可以达到5.0~7.0。具有良好的缓蚀性能和阻垢性能,可节约用水,减少系统排污。
A new HAG named WND-408 with non-heavy metal and non-PHOS containing is prepared for solving the problem of the corrosion of tube and heat exchanger as for the circulating cooling water used in the south of China has the property of low-hardness and corruptibility.After testing the corrosion inhibition of WND-408 via CaCO3 deposition method and rotary coupon test,the result shows that when the usage amount of WND-408=60~80 mg/L,corrosion rate of carbon steel <0.075 mm/a,corrosion rate of stainless steel<0.005 mm/a,corrosion rate of Cu<0.075 mm/a,corrosion rate of stainless steel <0.005 mm/a;when the hardness of Ca+ alkalinity<480 mg/L,the anti-scaling rate >88%,and the cycles of concentration could be reached 5.0~7.0.In short,WND-408 has a good property of corrosion inhibition and anti-scaling.
