Cause of postoperative complications after implantation of permanent heart pacemaker and their handling strategies

目的：探讨永久心脏起搏器植入术后并发症发生的原因及其处理策略。方法：对2004年6月~2009年12月在我院安装永久心脏起搏器的95例患者的临床资料及随访结果进行回顾性总结分析。结果：发生起搏器并发症12例（12.6%）,其中起搏器囊袋血肿3例,术中严重心律失常3例,起搏器感知不良2例,起搏综合征5例,囊袋感染2例。结论：提高起搏器并发症识别能力,术前认真准备,术中规范操作,术后严格管理,重视患者术后定期随访及起搏器知识的宣教,早期发现、及时处理各种并发症,可降低其发生率,避免严重不良后果。

Objective： To explore the cause of postoperative complications after implantation of permanent heart pacemaker and their handling strategies.Methods： The data of 95 patients received implantation of permanent heart pacemaker in our hospital from June 2004 to December 2009 were retrospectively analyzed.Results： Pacemaker complications were found in 12 cases（12.6%）,including three cases of hematoma of pacemaker sac,three cases of severe arrhythmia during operation,two cases of bad sensation of pacemaker,five cases of pacing syndrome and two cases of sac infection.Conclusion： Morbidity rate of pacemaker complications and their severe consequence could be lowered and avoided by careful preparation before operation,norm procedure during operation,reconstruction of regular follow-up,education and in-time diagnosis as well as correct manage for pacemaker complications after operation.
