基质金属蛋白酶与颈动脉粥样硬化关系研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)是一簇在细胞外基质降解中起重要作用的锌离子依赖性蛋白酶超家族,其酶活性的失调或许参与了颈动脉粥样硬化的发生发展,现对MMPs与颈动脉粥样硬化的关系进行综述。
