摘要
将基于案例的推理技术(Case-Based Reasoning,CBR)引入到机械设备故障诊断系统中,建立了机械设备故障知识库和征兆特征知识库,提出了设备故障诊断案例知识表示方法,建立案例知识库。利用层次分析法计算案例中各个征兆特征的权值,存入标准案例库。使用基于案例的检索和推理方法,实现了机械设备故障诊断系统。
Case-Based Reasoning technology is applied on fault diagnosis of mechanical equipment, the fault and symptom knowledge base is built. A method of case knowledge representation is proposed, the ease base is built. Hierarchical analysis is applied on calculating the weight of symptoms in case, which is part of the ease base. Case-Based querying and reasoning technology is applied to implement the fault diagnosis system of mechanical equipment.
